Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before making Spivey Crossing home.
Basic Information
Will my first month be prorated?
Please refer to your Move-In Charges Statement that was previously emailed to you. If you have any questions regarding billing or payment, please contact the office at (678) 379-1192 for assistance.
Can I take a tour before I move in?
Yes! We offer tours Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. If there's a particular floorplan you'd like to see, you'll have the option to view our model or a vacant, available home.
What are my parking options?
Residents enjoy ample on-site parking. Please register your vehicle with the office at move-in so we can keep parking convenient for everyone.
Can I hang items on the wall?
Of course — we want you to express yourself in your new home! Command strips, thumbtacks, and small nails/screws are permitted. Please note that excessive damage to the walls (unfilled holes, drywall damage, discolored touch-up paint, etc.) may result in move-out charges.
